How do I apply to rent?

You have to contact us and explain us about your requirement and the lease term you are looking to rent. Based on your needs, we will set up an appointment to show you a suitable property. During this time, you will be required to fill in the application form and provide your references. We will approve your tenancy after we process your application.

Will I sign a lease?

Yes, for most of our properties you will sign a minimum of 6 month lease that covers our responsibilities to each other throughout the tenancy. We will go over each part of the lease to ensure you understand it. After your application is accepted, your deposit is received, and your lease is signed, we’ll hand you the keys to your home
